About This Location
Three Mile Wash has places to park by the shore and lets you launch your boat. You can get there by driving on the Apache Trail National Forest Scenic Byway, which is a really pretty mountain road. There are some really cool views of mountains with lots of animals around! This place is awesome because you can park really close to the water! It’s a perfect spot for families and people looking to have fun during the hot summer days.Ponderosa pine trees are really cool, and you can see all the neat plants and animals around here!
A Tonto Pass is required to recreate here. It is $8/day or $80/year. The maximum RV length at Three – Mile Wash is 25 feet. You may stay up to 14 days at Three – Mile Wash.
