This is a rest area. First come -> first camped. No reservations are accepted. Sign says parking is allowed for 24 hours in self contained vehicles. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Confirmed with on site staff, they are having problems with the vendors right now so things are kind of tense. Overnight parking is no longer allowed in the formerly marked dirt lot on the other side of the bridge, only in the rest area itself.

Update from today…
Great night’s sleep. When I awoke at 0830, vendors had set up but had done so quietly, even though my RV was in the midst of them.
VERY considerate and polite. One helped me back to the RV.
I bought some minor items but I wasn’t pressured at all.

Stayed 4/30/25.
Driveway in is paved but the rest is well-maintained gravel.
Men’s rooms were locked when I arrived at 8 .m.–not a problem with an RV, but likely a major issue for those with small kids.
Signs say 24 hour surveillance–no idea if true but security was on-site when I arrived. They left and patrolled again occasionally. Quiet night: one other rv, 2 SUVs, and a group of four 20-something guys (polite/friendly) in some sort of Encore-like vehicle.
