The fee is $4.00, and a five-day fishing permit costs $25.00. But all you need is a $4 stamp to stay here. The game wardens come here periodically to check on everyone.
What a gorgeous lake! It’s a busy place on weekends. Yes, it can get quite noisy at times. It was well worth it; we remained for more than a week. Great fishing for bass, bluegill, and catfish, to mention a few. The sunrise here is breathtaking. The conservation officer was polite. There is a 4.00 +1.00 charge available online. It’s good for one year. Great swimming!!! I would highly recommend this stop.
