Previous Reviews:

If we’re looking for a convenient and scenic spot to boondock on our next RV trip, Alamo Peak Road NM boondocking location offers a solid option. Great location. Stayed for two nights. Most places appeared to be accessible by two-wheel drive (even sedans).

There are some nice boondocking areas accessible for higher clearance vehicles without four-wheel drive. There are plenty of dispersed sites large enough to accommodate multiple trailers or rigs. There weren’t many people when we arrived on Thursday, but by Saturday morning, most sites were full, and there appeared to be a lot of families or groups of campers.
